RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
FOR TAMARACK AVENUE CONSTRUCTION FROM
DRIVE,TO SKYLINE ROAD - CONTRACT NO. 3143
he City Council for the City of Carlsbad has
determined it is necessary and in the public interest to complete
the constructi n of Tamarack Avenue from Sunnyhill Drive to
Skyline road; apd
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Tamarack - Adams to

Highland Accounb No. 32-18-40-3144;
NOW, THERETORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbab, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the transfer of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND AND N0/100
DOLLARS ($23,0 0.00) from the Tamarack - Adams to Highland
Account No. 32-18-40-3144 to the Tamarack - Sunnyhill to Skyline
Account No. 32-p8-40-3143 is hereby authorized and approved. i
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
