A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CAL OF CONTRA IFORN T NO. 3169 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD
~ , ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
BOULEVARD^ STORM DRAIN.
WHEREAS, bi s have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the Carlsbad
Boulevard Storm D 1 ain, Contract No. 3169; and
WHEREAS, th low bid received for the contract was submitted by Thibodo e " Construction, in he amount of $131,099.70; and
WHEREAS, f nds are available in Account No. 330-1830-3169 for this I ~
project ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
1. The abo e recitations are true and correct.

as follows:
The biq of $131,099.70 by Thibodo Construction for Contract No. 3169
for the construction of the Carlsbad Boulevard Storm Drain is hereby accepted,
and the Mayor an the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract
thereafter.
