RESOLUTION NO. 7 879
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE REHABILITATION OF CHASE FIELD AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS.
WHEREAS, the City wishes to rehabilitate the snack barlrestrooms at
hase Field; and
WHEREAS, funds have been budgeted for this project through the Capital
mprovement Project Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califisriifa--has
letermined that it is necessary and in the public interest to rehabilitate the
;nack barlrestrooms at Chase Field; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
fS follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. Plans and specifications are on file in the Parks and Recreation
)ff ice.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
md directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, notice to
:onstractors inviting bids for the rehabilitation of the snack barlrestrooms
it Chase Field in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove
ref erred to.
