WHEREAS, the
RESOLUTION NO. 7890
City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
incidental for said
necessary and in he public interest to construct the Police Firing Range;
and
project, Contract No. 3159, have been prepared and are on
file in the Endineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are
I incorporated by rererence herein; I
NOW, THEREFqRE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
I Carlsbad as follow::

1. The abovb recitations are true and correct.
2. The plar/s and specifications as presented are hereby approved. ,
3. The Cidy Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
I
directed to procekd to publish, in accordance with law, Notice to Contractors
inviting bids fori the construction of the Police Firing Range in accordance
I
with the specific 'tions hereinabove referred to. 7
PASSED, APPR~VED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carls ad held the 22nd day of January , 1985, by b
