RESOLUTION NO. 7891
WHEREAS, thL Jockey Club Ltd. has submitted a Grant Deed con-
eying an easemet t to the City of Carlsbad for public access
mrposes; and h
WHEREAS, thL City Council of the City of Carlsbad has deter- I nined it to be ip the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbadj, California, as follows: ,

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That thb Grant Deed from the Jockey Club Ltd. , dated
January 10, 19851, conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for
?ublic access purposes for a portion of Almaden Road, which is on i

file with the Ci/ty Clerk, is accepted.
3. That tde City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the

I original Deed to, be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego Codnty, State of California, with the appropriate
Certificate of dcceptance attached.
PASSED, APAROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Cduncil held on the 22nd day of ~anuary , 1985, I
