RESOLUTION NO. 7893

A +SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OFICARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, VACATING A PORTION
OF /ELM AVENUE AND A PORTION OF APPIAN ROAD.
The City Cduncil of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
resolve as follow :
1. That a1 publication and posting notices regarding the proposed

vacation of a por tl ion of Elm Avenue and a portion of Appian Road pursuant to
Resolution of Int ntion No. 7869 have been given as required by law.
City Council did hear the evidence offered by all persons
interested in sajd proposed vacation and does find from all the evidence
submitted that a ortion Elm Avenue and a portion of Appian Road in the City I
of Carlsbad, Stade of California, particularly described on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto nd by this reference incorporated herein, is unnecessary
for present or prospective 1 street purposes and does hereby make this order
vacating said portlion of Elm Avenue and portion of Appian Road.
3. The Cjty Clerk is instructed to record this Resolution of
