RESOLUTION NO. 7895
SPECIFTCATIONS FOR THE SITE PREPAUTION OF THE
CARLSBF SAFETY AND SERVICE CENTER.
WHEREAS, tie City of Carlsbad has been authorized by a vote of the I I people to construct a $15.3 million Safety and Service Center and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved funds in the Fiscal Year
1984-85 budget fc/r the construction of Phase I of this project and;
WHEREAS, the Construction Manager (Koll Construction) along with
I
the Architect (Ruhnau, NcGavin & Ruhnau) have developed the plans,
specifications, and estimates;
NOW, THEREFdRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
I
Carlsbad as f olldws :
I I 1. The Plans, Specifications, soil engineering, and surveying for
the site preparation of the Carlsbad Safety and Service Center are approved.
2. The Cit, Clerk is directed to make appropriate advertisement for
I I such work. 1 I
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
, 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
