RESOLUTION NO 7905
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS
TO THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE
TELEVISION.
WHEREAS, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws for
the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television have
been approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the By-Laws require the City Council to appoint
five members to the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the terms of Bill Dominguez and Robert Sheppard
expire on January 31, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to
serve as members of the Board of Directors for the Foundation
for Carlsbad Community Cable Television for terms expiring
January 31, 1987:
Bill Dominguez
mkrt Sheppard -
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 5th day of February, 1985,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Menhers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
