RESOLUTION NO. 7929
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND THE FIRM OF NESTE, BRUDIN & STONE, INC.
FOR CONSULTING ASSESSMENT ENGINEERING SERVICES.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
joes hereby resolve as follows:
1. The agreement between the City of Carlsbad and the
'irm of Neste, Brudin & Stone, Inc. for consulting assessment
5ngineering services, a copy of which is on file in the
Ingineering Department, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
iuthorized and directed to execute such agreement for and on
,ehalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
:he City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 12th day of
March , 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Coucnil Wribers Casler, Lewis, Chick and Pettine
