RESOLUTION NO. 7932
,A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND THE FIRM OF NESTE, BRUDIN & STONE, INC. FOR
CONSULTING ASSESSMENT ENGINEERING SERVICES.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does hereby
-esolve as follows:
1. The second supplemental agreement to an agreement between the
2ty of Carlsbad and the firm of Neste, Brudin & Stone, Inc. for consulting
assessment engineering services is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
jirected to execute such agreement for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
3. Funds in the amount of $80,000.00 have been received from
levelopers and are hereby appropriated for this project in account number 330-
320-1 840-31 84.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
:ity Council held on the 19th day of March , 1985 by the following
