RESOLUTION NO. 7936
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SALE OF THE EASEMENT OF LOT 290
IN SEA POINTE VILLAGE FOR $87,500 TO CON AM AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE SALE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
resolves as follows:
1. That the City of Carlsbad hereby agrees to sell the easement
of Lot 290 in the Sea Pointe Development (Parcel #223-190-01) to Con
Am for $87,500.
2. That in exchange for payment the City will quTt -claim the
property to Con Am. The deed will be recorded in receipt of payment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 19th
day of March , 1985, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES : None
ABSENT: Council bwis
Council Members Casler, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
