RESOLUTION NO. 7943
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A STREET
RESERVATION OF CAMINO DE LAS ONDAS
Carlsbad recorded November 2, 1972 as FIP No. 294395 was offered
for public street purposes and rejected by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Section 66477.2 of the Subdivision Map Act
states that a rejected Offer of Dedication shall remain open and
that the legislature body may by resolution at any later date
rescind its action and accept and open said street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said
rejected offer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Council rescinds its previous action
rejecting the portion of Camino De Las Ondas, described as Parcel
'IB" on deed recorded November 2, 1972 as FIP No. 294395.
3. That the rejected Offer of Dedication of a portion
of Camino De Las Ondas, as per deed recorded November 2, 1972 as
FIP No. 294395, reserved for street purposes, is hereby
accepted.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause a
Certificate of Acceptance to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
