RESOLUTION NO. 7952
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZItG THE EXECUTION OF PURCHASE ORDERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR PICKUP TRUCKS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the bid from Carl Burger Dodge for Item #Z as shown in Exhibit A,
is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
Purchase Order for the purchase of two pickup trucks in the amount of $10,070
each for a total of $20,140.
2. That the bid from Dixon Ford for Item W3 as shown in Exhibit A, is
hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a purchase
order for the purchase of a pickup truck in the amount of $5,232.38.
3. That the bid from DeAnza Chevrolet for Item f6 as shown in Exhibit A is
hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a purchase
order for the purchase of a pickup truck in the amount of $8,509.04.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of 9
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
