RESOLUTION NO. 7958
A FCESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NOS. 3006-2A AND 3006-2B FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE CARLSBAD SAFETY AND SERVICE CENTER.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for
:he construction of the Carlsbad Safety and Service Center on
lontracts Nos. 3006-2A and 3006-2B; and
WHEREAS, the bids received for the contracts total $546,340;

WHEREAS, the Construction Manager has recommended acceptance
If the bids; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in Account No. 330-820-1810-
1006;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
lity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
.. That the above recitations are true and correct.
. The bids, as recommended by the Koll Construction Co., in
the amount of $546,340 for the construction of the Carlsbad
Safety and Service Center Bid Package No. 2 are hereby
accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
execute contracts thereafter.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
larlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of April, 1985 by the
'ollowing vote to wit:
