RESOLUTION NO. 79 73
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS
AND AUTHORIZING THE WORK FOR INTERSECTION
IMPROVEMENTS AT LA COSTA AVENUE AND EL CAMINO REAL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Zalifornia, as follows:
1. Funds in the amount of $30,000.00 are hereby appropri-
3ted from the Unappropriated Capital Reserve Fund, Account No.
330-941 to the Project Account No. 330-820-18-40-3189.
2. Staff is directed to proceed with the work.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Iarlsbad City Council held on the 16th day of Wri1 , 1985
