RESOLUTION NO. 7975
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE CONVERSION OF TWO TEMPORARY CLERICAL POSITIONS FUNDED FROM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO CLERK TYPIST I AND CLERK TYPIST 11.
WHEREAS, the use of permanent City employees will result in substantial
savings and increase departmental efficiency, and;
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Engineer recommend that one Clerk
Typist and one Clerk Typist I1 be added to the Engineering Department
personnel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes and directs the City Manager to add
one Clerk Typist I and one Clerk Typist I1 position to the Engineering
Department, Administrative Division.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 16th day of April , 1985, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Council Mzmkrs Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Mmkr Casler
