RESOLUTION NO. 7985
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 1985 SLURRY SEAL AND OVERLAY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the specifications for furnishing all labor, material, tools,
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary and incidental for
Contract No. U/M-6 have been prepared and are on file in the Utilities and
Maintenance Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by
reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids
for the work of said contract in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the day of Wri1 , 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
