RESOLUTION NO. 8026
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE
ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT BUDGET.
WHEREAS, The City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, that
land development processing should be performed in a thorough and timely
Fashion; and
WHEREAS, the amount of land development processing is such as to require
che continued use of engineering consultants; and
WHEREAS, funds to secure the services of said engineering consultants are
available by transferring funds from the General Funds Contingency Account to
the Engineering Department Professional Services Account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arkbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That funds in the amount of $40,000.00 are hereby transferred from the
;enera1 Funds Contingency Account to the Engineering Department Professional
3ervices Account, account number 01 -3120-2470.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
:ouncil held on the 21st day of May , 1985 by the following vote, to
