RESOLUTION NO. 8033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
FOR REVISIONS TO CARLSBAD TRACT 83-16.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the additional costs incurred by Dividend
Development Corporation, Southern California Division, 3252
Holiday Court, Suite 202, La Jolla, California 92037 are
hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to pay the additional cost.
2. That the City Council approve the appropriation of
$36,491.92 from the General Capital Construction Fund balance
for this project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Carlsbad City Council held on the 21St day of
May , 1985 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Mrsnbers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
