RESOLUTION NO. 8046
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO CONTRACT NO. 3085
CENTRAL BUSINESS ST,ORM DRAIN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That Change Order No. 1 to Contract No, 3085 adding
$20,315.00 to the contract with Peter C. David Company is
hereby approved.
2. That funds are available in Account No, 881-820-
3410-3085.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 4th day of June 7
1985 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Msrrbsrs Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
