RESOLUTION NO. 8064
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
CARLSBAD PERSONNEL BOARD.
WHEREAS, the term of David Bates in expires in June, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
“ty of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
3s a member of the Carlsbad Personnel Board, for a term to
expire in June, 1989:
David Bates
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Zarlsbad City Council held on the 25th day of June 9
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Msrbers Casler, Lewis, Chick and Pettine
