RESOLUTION NO. 8076
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Mr. Bill Harkins has resigned from the Traffic
Safety Commission effective immediately; and
WHEREAS, the term of Wr. Harkins does not expire until July,
1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Carlsbad Traffic Safety Commission for a
term to expire in July, 1986:
Tom Erwin
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of J~V 9
1985, by the following vote, to wit:

ABSENT : Council Member Kulchin
