RESOLUTION NO. 8084
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF MOBILE STORAGE AND FILING SYSTEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING
follows :
1. That the bid of Records Retrieval, Inc., 348 We'st Market Street, San
Diego, CA 92101, is hereby acepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a Purchase Order for the purchase of mobile storage and filing systems
in the amount of $45,525.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July 9
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council %rs Casler, Lewis, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Pknher Kulchh
