RESOLUTION NO. 8098
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING STAFF TO PREPARE DOCUMENTS TO ESTABLISH
THE PARK DRIVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AND APPROPRIATE FUNDS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. Staff is directed to prepare documents to establish the Park Drive
Assessment District.
2. Funds in the amount of $15,000 are hereby appropriated from the
Unappropriated Capital Reserve Fund, Account No. 330-941 to the project amount
number 330-820- 1840-3192.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
