RESOLUTION NO. 8100
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO CONTRACT FOR
THE 1985 SLURRY SEAL AND OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. U/M-6
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has
n-eviously approved the contract for the 1985 Slurry Seal and Overlay
'rogram; and,
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the street repair account to do
2dditional work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
Salifornia, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The change order in the amount of $263,003 is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 2nd day of July , 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council *&rs Casler, Lewisf Chick and Pettine
