RESOLUTION NO. 8032
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A TRAFFIC AND
ALIGNMENT STUDY FOR RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City contracted with Willdan Associates of San Diego,
California for a traffic study of Rancho Santa Fe Road and
WHEREAS, said report has been completed and delivered to the City in a
timely fashion, and
WHEREAS, said report has been reviewed for content and compared to the
City's required Scope of Services, and found to be complete and adequate,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the "Traffic and Alignment Study for Rancho Santa Fe Road between
Olivenhain Road and Cadencia Street" dated February 28, 1985 and prepared and
published by Willdan Associates of San Diego, California is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Engineering Department is authorized to implement the
conclusions and recommendations of the study, to the extent that they are
feasible and consistent with City policy and standards.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the - 23rdday of I_c July, 1985 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council~rs Casler, Lewis, Kulchh, Chick and Pettine
NOES : None
ABSENT: Nore
