RESOLUTION NO. 8119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF MONEY FOR THE PARAMEDIC
TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the Tournament of Champions Charitable Foundation wishes
to make a contribution of $1,000 to the paramedic trust fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant to
Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

That the City Council accepts the gift of money for the paramedic
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 30th day of July
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
