RESOLUTION NO. 8144
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE CONTINUANCE OF THE CONTRACT FOR PLAN
CHECKING SERVICES BY WILLDAN ASSOCIATES.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, that
additional plan checking services must be made available in order for the City
to fulfill its obligations; and
WHEREAS, a satisfactory agreement to provide such services has been
negotiated ; and
WHEREAS, the funds have been budgeted for Fiscal Year 1985-86 in the
City's operating budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the current agreement with Willdan Associates is amended and
approved for continuance as follows: First check shall be changed from 10
days to 5 days.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the P 20th day of Ausust , 1985 by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Eone
