RESOLUTION NO. 81 51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
CARLSBAD HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the term of Claude Helton expires in August,1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment Advisory
Committee, C1aHfl.e Helton for a term to expire, August, 1987.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 27thday of Auqust , 1985,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
