RESOLUTION NO. , 8157
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING ACCESS RIGHTS FOR
AND DENYING ACCESS TO CADENCIA STREET.
LOT 473 OF TRACT 72-20, UNIT 3 TO VENADO STREET
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby
grants access rights for Lat 473 of Tract 72-20, Unit 3, Map
7950 to Venado Street and authorizes the Mayor to execute a
Quitclaim Deed to that effect.
2. That access rights to said lot are denied along
Cadencia Street and authorizes the recordation of grant deed to
that effect.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the
original Deed and Quitclaim to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, with
the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 27th day of Auqust 9
1985 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
