HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985-09-17; City Council; Resolution 81841 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 8184 A REISOLUTION OF THE CITY COULSJCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 8097 WHICH PREVIOUSLY AMENDED CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 6877 MAKING CHANGES TO THE AGUA HEDIONDA LAND USE PLAN. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: AH/LUP 85-1 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on May 22, 1985 hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider amendments to the Agua Hedionda Land Use Plan AH/LUP 85-1; and WHEREAS, the City Council did on June 18, 1985 hold a duly advertised public hearing to consider said amendments and at said time received the recommendations, objects, protests and comments of all interested persons desiring to be heard; and WHEREAS, the City Council after considering the proposed changes to the Agua Hedionda Land Use Plan directed the City Attorney to return with appropriate documents to amend the Agua Hedionda Land Use Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. 13. That the findings of the Planning Commission as set forth in the Planning Commission Resolution No. 2447, AH/LUP 85-1, constitute the findings of the City Council in this matter. C. The area between Snug Harbor and Hoover Street shall be designated RC, for Delete recreational commercial use. 3) The Boat Launching Facilities at Wl&ke~-s-htmCkky-md Snug Harbor shall be designated for continued recreational commercial use. ~%x~-iw~km-+-eekt&~~~ f~~*~~S-~-t~-~~~~-~~-~ encauu@--(&%hi4&L-+.
