A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BIQ AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOGGING RECORDER EQUIPMENT
RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
f 0 1 lows :
1. That the bid of Dictaphone Corporation, 120 Old Post Road, Rye, New
York 10580, is hereby accpeted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a purchase order for the purchase of logging equipment in the mount of
$2 1,152.69.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTU) by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of September ,
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Mznkers Casler, Lewis, Kulchb, Chick and Pettine
