RESOLUTION NO. 8218
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAASBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
THE GRADING OF STAGECOACH COMMUNITY PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the bid of H&A Construction Company is hereby accepted and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the grading of Stagecoach
Community Park in the amount of $449,958.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
15th day of October , 1985, by the following vote, to wit:

Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchh, Chick and Pettine
ABSENT: None
