RESOLUTION NO. 8284
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AND REMOVING
BLOCKER STRIPS ON A PORTION OF VALEWOOD AVENUE
AND ON A PORTION OF PONTIAC DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Map No. 8585 has reserved a portion of Lots 116
and 117 for future access rights on a portion of Pontiac Drive;
and
WHEREAS, Map No. 6693 has reserved Lot B for future access
rights on a portion of Valewood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept and remove
said reservations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the irrevocable offers to dedicate a portion of
Lots 116 and 117 per Map No. 8585 exists as offered on the
above mentioned map recorded on May 27, 1977 as File No. 77-
205917.
3. That the irrevocable offers to dedicate a portion of
Lot B per Map No. 6693 exists as offered on the above mentioned
map recorded on August 22, 1969 as File No. 130980.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to accept and remove
the irrevocable offers, which exist in the Office of the County
Recorder, County of San Diego, State of California as File Nos.
77-205917 and 130980.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 3rd day of December 9
1985 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, and Chick
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: Council Member Pettin
