A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, Villas De Carlsbad, Ltd. has submitted
Grant Deeds conveying easements to the City of Carlsbad for
street purposes for a portion of Knowles Avenue and a portion
of Laguna Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said
Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deeds from Villas De Carlsbad,
Ltd., dated October 18, 1985, conveying easements for street
purposes to the City of Carlsbad which are on file with the
City Clerk and are incorporated herein by reference, are
accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the
original Deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the
appropriate Certificates of Acceptance attached.
