A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF C RLSB D, c APPROVING THE SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK

TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 1985 CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWAEK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the specifications for furnishing all labor, material, tools,
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary and incidental for the
1985-86 Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Replacement Program, Contract No. U/M-5, have
been prepared and are on file in the Utilities and Maintenance Department of th
City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids
for the work of said contract in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the lOthday of December , 1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
