RESOLUTION NO. -sa83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF PURCHASE ORDERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE TRUCKS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows :
1. That the bid of DeANza Chevrolet, 8200 Auto Drive, Riverside, CA 92504
for Items fl and 82, as shown in Exhibit A, is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order in the amount of
$23,487.79, plus tax, for a total of $24,897.06; and
2. That the bid of Palomar Truck Corporation, 520 Gannon Place Escondido,
CA 92025, for Item 3, as shown in Exhibit A is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order in the amount of
$9,935, plus tax, for a total of $10,531.10.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of December
1985, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
