RESOLUTION NO. 8315 .-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND SAN DIEGO GAS
AND ELECTRIC CO. FOR TRENCHING AND ELECTRICAL
CONDcUIT INSTALLATION ON JAMES DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad will construct trenches
for gas and electric and install conduits on James Drive; and
WHEREAS,the San Diego Gas and Electric Co. will perform
inspection for trenching and electric conduit installation; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to deposit $14,199.00
with San Diego Gas and Electric Co. as an advance deposit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That an agreement between the City of Carlsbad and
San Diego Gas and Electric Co. for the construction of utilities,
trenching and electrical conduit installation, a copy of which
is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby accepted.
3. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.

Carlsbad City Council held on the 17th day of December , 1985 -
by the following vote, to wit:
