RESOLUTION NO. 8323
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR WASHINGTON STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the furnishings of all labor,
material, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary and
incidental for improving Washington Street, Contract No. U/M-lO, have been
prepared and are on file in the Utilities and Maintenance Department of the
City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice
Inviting Bids for the work of said contract in accordance with
said plans and specifications.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 7th day of January , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
