A RESOLCPTION OF THE CITY cK)uNCIL OF TJ3E CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFOYSIA, DECLARlhG AN ITEM OF
EQUIPMENT AS OESOLETE AM3 AuTE1ORIZING THE
DISFOSAL OF SUCH-ITEM. __._._
FJHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined that a
fire truck can no longer be used and is obsolete; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad to disposal of this
fire truck.
Nm, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the item listed in Exhibit "A" be declared obsolete.
3. The the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to
dispose of the item of obsolete equipment.
PASSED, APPROWD AND ADOFTED at a regular meting of the City COUnCil of the
7th day of January , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
