A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF PROJECT NO. 3187
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF KELLY DRIVE AND EL CAMINO ,REAL T-RAFFIC SI.GNAL.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad
for the construction of Kelly Drive and El Camino Real Traffic
Signal, Project No. 3187; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for the construction of
Kelly Drive and El Camino Real Traffic Signal was submitted by
McCain Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $55,312; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the amount of $90,000 in,
Account No, 320-820-18-40-3187 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $55,312 by' McCain Construction Co., Inc.for
Project No. 3187 for the construction of Kelly Drive and El
Camino Real Traffic Signal is hereby accepted, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract
thereafter,
