A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING TWO GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, James S. Hirschberg has submitted two Grant
Deeds conveying easements to the City OF Carlsbad for public
street purposes over a portion of Arbuckle Place and Jefferson
Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said
Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deeds from James S. Hirschberg, dated
December 23, 1985, conveying easements for public street
purposes over a portion of Arbuckle Place and Jefferson Street
to the City of Carlsbad which are on file with the City Clerk
and are incorporated herein by reference, are accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the
original Deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the
appropriate Certificates of Acceptance attached.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the --IW 21st day of January 1
1986 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
