RESOLUTION NO. - 8383
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR CARLSBAD TRACT
,NO. 82-12, CARLSBAD HIGHLANDS.
WHEREAS, on September 7, 1982, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 6694 establishing the Conditions of Approval for
Carlsbad Tract 82-12; and
WHEREAS, the change in conditions would provide
construction of Cannon Road from El Camino Real to the easterly
City boundary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That condition number 45D & E be amended to read:
"Prior to approval of a final map over any portion of this
tentative map, the developer shall provide for full-width
right-of-way, full-width grading and half-width improvements

(excluding sidewalk and median landscape treatment) of Cannon
Road from the subdivision boundary westerly to El Camino
Real.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 28th
of January , 1986, by the following vote, to wit:

AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
