RESOLUTION NO. 8392
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND THE FIRM OF NESTE, BRUDIN & STONE, INC. FOR
CONSULTING ASSESSMENT ENGINEERING SERVICES.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Fourth Supplemental Agreement to an
Agreement between the City of Carlsbad and the firm of Neste,
Brudin & Stone, Inc. for consulting assessment engineering
services is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute such agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
3. Funds in the amount of $65,000. are hereby
appropriated for this project and are hereby transferred from
the unappropriated balance in the General Capital
Construction Fund to the project account.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
I Carlsbad City Council held on the --I 4th day of -. February -
1986 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
