RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 TO
AN AGREEMENT WITH RICK ENGINEERING FOR THE
DESIGN OF FARA,DAY AVENUE PROJECT NO. 3142
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. Supplement No. 1 to the agreement between the City
of Carlsbad and Rick Engineering for the design of Faraday
Avenue a copy of which is on file in the Engineering
Department, is hereby approved.
2. The expenditure of $20,400 to Rick Engineering for
said services is hereby approved.
3. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City of Carlsbad City Council held on the 11th day of
February , 1986 by the following vote:

Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, and Pettine
ABSENT: None

Resolution No. 8398, Section 1, references Supplement
No. 1 to the agreement between the City of Carlsbad
and Rick Engineering for the design of Faraday Ave,
"a copy of which is on file in the Engineering Dept."
Per Engineering Dept. (Pat Entezari) this date, I have
learned that there never was such a supplement to the
agreement, and therefore, no exhibit to this resolution
and no agreement for the Mayor to sign.
