RESOLUTION NO. 8407
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, Cedric E. Sanders has submitted Grant Deeds
conveying easement to the City of Carlsbad for drainage and
public street purposes over a portion of Ct 83-21; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said
Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deeds from Cedric E. Sanders, dated
January 21, 1986, conveying easements for drainage and public
street purposes over a portion of Ct 83-21 to the City of
Carlsbad which are on file with the City Clerk and are
incorporated herein by reference, are accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the
original Deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the
appropriate Certificates of Acceptance attached.
