A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS.
I_
WHEREAS, CARRILLO RANCHO PARTNERSHIP has submitted a Grant
Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for street
purposes over a portion of Palomar Airport Road; and
WHEREAS, DON WOODWARD AND LUCILLE WOODWARD AND MEISTER
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION have submitted a Grant Deed conveying
an easement to the City of Carlsbad for street purposes over a
portion of Palomar Airport Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said
Deeds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from CARRILLO RANCHO PARTNERSHIP,
dated January 2, 1986, conveying an easement for street
purposes over a portion of Palomar Airport Road to the City of
Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk and is
incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That the Grant Deed from DON WOODWARD AND LUCILLE
WOODWARD AND MEISTER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, dated January 7,
1986, conveying an easement for street purposes over a portion
of Palomar Airport Road to the City of Carlsbad which is on
file with the City Clerk and is incorporated herein by
reference, is accepted.
4. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the

original Deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, State of California, with the
appropriate Certificates of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 4th day of March -.--.---p
1986 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin and Pettine
