A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR A LIBRARY
SECURITY SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING
OFFICER T0.P INVITE ,BIDS WITH REVISED SPECJFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has
determined it is necessary and in the public interest to acquire a Library
Security System; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for a Library
Security System; and
WHEREAS, the staff could not evaluate the bids fairly and accurately; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the public interest requires
the Council to exercise its discretion under Section 3.28.120 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code and reject all bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
