RESOLUTION NO. 8444
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING SEVEN MEMBERS TO THE CARLSBAD ARTS
COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.18 of the Municpal Code establishes a Carlsbad Arts
:omission; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.18.030 requires the Mayor, with the approval of the City
Council, to appoint seven members to the Carlsbad Arts Commission:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
zarlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to serve as members
,f the Carlsbad Arts Commission for the terms specified.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad on the 25th day of March , 1986, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Pettine
NOES: None
