A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTIIJG A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION CF CONTRACT U/M-9
FOR- THE 1985-86 STREET OVERLAY- PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the bid of South Coast Asphalt Products, P.O. Box 218, Carlsbad,
California, 92008, is hereby accepted and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract for the 1985-86 Street Overlay Program in the amount of
$959,275.84.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at
March a regular meeting held the - 25thday of
